Vanilla Lime Frozen Smoothie – refreshing, creamy & protein-packed

Summer heat got you melting? No worries. This vanilla lime frozen smoothie is just the thing when you’re craving something cold, creamy, and nourishing.

With its zesty lime kick, smooth texture, and a solid hit of plant-based protein, it’s bound to become your new go-to drink on hot days.

Perfect for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a light dessert – and all without added sugar, artificial sweeteners, or dairy.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • 100 g unsweetened soy yoghurt (or any other plant-based yoghurt)

  • 150 ml soy milk (or your preferred plant-based milk)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Juice of 1–2 fresh limes (to taste)

  • 30 g WAM Protein – Pure Vanilla

  • At least 4 large ice cubes

  • Optional: toasted coconut flakes for topping

How to make it:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and frosty.

  3. Pour into a glass, top with coconut flakes if you fancy – and enjoy straight away!
