Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of your payment and depending on the availability of the products, this is usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. To determine when the order will arrive, please add the delivery time, which is shown below along with the total shipping costs.

When you place an order with WAM, you will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it’s dispatched. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to see the live status of your shipment. If the shipping time exceeds the average time by 2 or more days (excluding weekends and holidays), simply send an email to hello@wamfit.com and we will be more than happy to assist you and make sure to resolve any issues with the carrier.

Prices and Sales Tax

All prices on our website are given in Euro including VAT.

Shipping costs are charged separately, depending on the order value and the delivery country (see table above).

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted! Please note that we can’t cover the cost of return shipments.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please help us by providing pictures of the damaged shipping carton with the shipping label visible.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@wamfit.com.
