Looking for a summer snack that’s not only refreshing but also high in protein? These vegan protein popsicles are the perfect solution! They’re made with high-quality plant-based proteins, have a creamy texture, and are quick and easy to prepare – ideal for hot days or as a change from your usual protein shake.

These popsicles combine plant-based milk and yoghurt, creamy nut butter and our WAM Protein Banana Bread for a balanced mix of protein, healthy fats and a delicious flavour you can sweeten to your liking.

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 ml unsweetened soy milk

  • 100 g unsweetened soy yoghurt

  • 50 g peanut butter

  • 35 g WAM Protein Banana Bread

  • Optional: sweetener of your choice

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or tall jug.

  2. Blend everything thoroughly with a blender or stick blender until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.

  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds.

  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Notes and tips:

  • You can use other plant-based milks or yoghurts too – just note that the protein content might vary a little.

  • Peanut butter can easily be swapped out for another nut butter, like almond or cashew.

  • Our Pure Vanilla Protein is also perfect for these popsicles, giving them a subtle vanilla note. If you prefer a richer chocolate flavour, you can also use WAM Protein Chocolate Hazelnut to create a deliciously nutty chocolate variation.

Protein content per serving:

  • Soy milk: 6.6 g

  • Soy yoghurt: 4 g

  • Peanut butter: 12.5 g

  • WAM Protein Banana Bread: 26 g

This comes to a total of around 49 g of protein – about 8 g per popsicle. Exact values may vary depending on the products you use.

How to enjoy them best

These popsicles are best eaten straight from the freezer – perfect as a cooling snack on warm days or as a sweet yet balanced dessert. Thanks to the mix of plant-based protein, healthy fats and creamy texture, these popsicles aren’t just tasty – they’re also a great addition to your fitness routine.
