Ingredients (makes approx. 7–8 bites)
For the base:

50g desiccated coconut
-
80g coconut yoghurt (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
-
Optional: 10g agave syrup (for extra sweetness)
For the coating:

50g dark chocolate (vegan, at least 70% cocoa)
Method

Mix the base: In a bowl, combine the coconut, protein powder, yoghurt and (if using) agave syrup. The mixture should be soft but easy to shape.

Form the bites: Use your hands to shape 7–8 small balls. Pop them in the freezer for around 30–40 minutes to firm up.

Melt the chocolate: Gently melt the dark chocolate using a bain-marie or in the microwave.

Coat the bites: Dip the chilled bites into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper.

Freeze again: Put the coated bites back into the freezer for at least 15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
