Ingredients (for 1–2 servings)

100 g mango (fresh or frozen)

100 g soy yoghurt

50 ml soy milk

5 g chia seeds
Optional toppings:
Extra yoghurt, fresh or dried fruit (raspberries work beautifully), or a little granola for added crunch.
Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass or bowl.

Chill in the fridge for at least 2–3 hours, ideally overnight, so the chia seeds can set.
