These coconut protein bars are the perfect companion for your everyday life. Whether it’s after training, at the office, or simply as a sweet break in between, they provide plenty of plant protein, taste pleasantly of coconut, and are quick to prepare.
With just a few ingredients and no baking required, you can whip up a snack that both satisfies and delights. And the best part: each bar contains over 11 g of protein!
Why make your own protein bars?
Protein bars are the ideal mix of nutrients, energy, and enjoyment – conveniently portioned for on the go. Many store-bought versions contain unnecessary additives or are overly sweet. Our homemade version, on the other hand, is:

These coconut protein bars also give you a little holiday feeling – thanks to the mix of coconut, vanilla, and creamy texture.
Ingredients (for 6 bars)

150 g coconut yoghurt

50 g agave syrup
-
75 g oat flour
-
40 g desiccated coconut (+ a little extra for sprinkling)
Method

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you get a crumbly mixture.

Press the mixture firmly into a baking-paper-lined tin.

Sprinkle with an extra layer of desiccated coconut and press down again.

Chill for at least 30 minutes in the freezer or 1–2 hours in the fridge, until set.

Cut into 6 bars and enjoy!
Each bar gives you over 11 g of protein.

Sweeter twist: Swap the agave syrup for maple syrup.

Extra crunch: Add some chopped almonds or cashews.
