Ingredients (makes approx. 6 ice lollies):

50 g soaked pistachios (or pistachio butter)

100 g unsweetened soy yoghurt

200 ml soy milk

Optional: sweetener of choice (e.g. agave syrup, date syrup, sugar or erythritol)
How to make them:

Add the pistachios (or butter), soy yoghurt, soy milk, WAM Protein, and sweetener to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4–6 hours (ideally overnight).

Take them out, let them soften for a minute - and enjoy!
