Here’s the recipe – quick to make, incredibly tasty, and full of intense flavour. With high-quality ingredients like dark chocolate and our plant-based WAM Protein.
Ingredients for 12 protein truffles:
- 100g peanut butter
- 25g cocoa powder
- 30g WAM Protein Chocolate Hazelnut
- 3 tbsp agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 25ml oat milk
- 100g dark chocolate (for coating)

Prepare the mixture
Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, agave syrup, and oat milk to a bowl. Mix everything with your hands until you have a uniform, slightly crumbly dough.

Shape the truffles
Press the dough firmly together and form it into 12 small balls. Place them in the freezer for an hour so they firm up and are easier to work with.

Melt the chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate (add a little coconut oil if you need a smoother consistency). Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place them on baking paper. If you’d like, sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt on top before the chocolate hardens.
