Vegan Protein Chia Pudding with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 30g WAM Protein Powder Banana Bread
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 70g frozen blueberries
  • 350 ml (plant-based) milk
  • 60g chia seeds

Preparation

  1. First, add the WAM Protein Banana Bread, agave syrup, frozen blueberries, and plant-based milk to a blender. Blend everything until smooth with no visible chunks. (By the way, this mixture tastes great as a smoothie, just so you know!)
  2. Next, pour the chia seeds into a bowl and mix them with the blueberry protein smoothie. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes, then stir it again to break up any clumps.
  4. Place the chia pudding in the fridge for a few hours or overnight so the chia seeds can swell and the pudding reaches its perfect consistency.

Serving Suggestion: Layer the chia pudding in a glass, alternating with (plant-based) yogurt, and top it with fresh blueberries. For even more flavour, you can add other fruits like raspberries, nuts, or some muesli, or use the pudding itself as a topping for overnight oats or porridge.
