Chocolate Coconut Energy Balls: Quick Vegan Protein Balls

If you’re looking for a quick, delicious, and protein-packed snack, these Chocolate Coconut Energy Balls are just what you need! Not only do they provide an extra boost of protein, but they’re also packed with carbs and healthy fats from peanut butter, making them the perfect energy snack for on-the-go munching. Whether it’s after a workout, on a hike, or during a bike ride, these little energy balls are super easy to make and absolutely tasty.

Ingredients for the Protein Balls:

  • 60g oats (finely blended works best)
  • 30g WAM Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder
  • 125g peanut butter
  • 40g agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture. The dough should be slightly crumbly but still easy to shape.
  2. With wet hands, shape 12 small balls from the dough.
  3. Roll the balls in some extra desiccated coconut.
  4. Store the Protein Energy Balls in an airtight container in the fridge so they hold their shape and last longer.
