Recipe for High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (about 100g)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 35g peanut butter (crunchy preferred!)
  • 40g vegan protein powder (e.g., WAM Protein Chocolate Hazelnut)
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 20g oats
  • 15g chocolate chips (or more, if you like)

Preparation:

Mash the banana thoroughly in a bowl until it’s nice and creamy.

Add the vanilla essence, peanut butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and oats, and mix everything until a firm cookie dough forms. Then fold in the chocolate chips.

Shape the dough into two equal-sized balls and press them flat onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes, until they’re firm on the outside but not too dark.
