This vegan high-protein overnight bowl with a chocolate-hazelnut flavour is reminiscent of a childhood favourite pudding but is much healthier and keeps you full for longer.

Perfect for anyone who has little time in the morning but doesn’t want to miss out on a balanced meal!

Recipe: Protein Overnight Oats with Chocolate & Hazelnut

Ingredients for the first layer (prepare the night before)

  • 60 ml coffee (optional, for a slightly bitter note)

  • 110 ml soy milk (or any other plant-based milk)

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder 

  • 20 g WAM Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder (gives the bowl a subtle hazelnut flavour)

  • Agave syrup or any other sweetener to taste

  • 150 g soy skyr (or unsweetened yoghurt alternative)

  • 50 g oats (increase to 70 g if you need extra energy)

  • 10 g chia seeds for the perfect consistency

Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a glass or bowl and let it set in the fridge overnight.

Second layer (prepare in the morning)

  • 150 g soy skyr

  • Agave syrup or any other sweetener to taste

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • A splash of water for a creamier consistency

Instructions:

Mix everything until smooth, spread over the chocolate layer, and dust with a little cocoa powder.
