Key Lime Pie Protein Smoothie

That’s why we created our 'Blend & Go' series: quick, simple, and complete vegan smoothie recipes that can even serve as occasional meal replacements and fit seamlessly into any lifestyle.

Our vegan Key Lime Meal Smoothie recipe is perfect for starting your day or as a nutritious meal in between. This protein shake, with a balanced mix of carbohydrates and healthy fats, provides your body with exactly what it needs – and all in just a few minutes!

Ingredients for the Smoothie:

  • 250 ml oat milk

  • 1 banana

  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach (or frozen)

  • Juice of 1 lime (optional: lime zest for extra flavour)

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds (whole or ground)

  • 30 g WAM Protein Banana Bread flavour

  • 30 g cashews

Tip: Use frozen spinach for convenience, and if you have an organic lime, add the zest for an extra flavour boost.

Preparation

1) Place all ingredients in a blender.

2) Blend for about 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

3) Pour into a glass, enjoy, and fuel your body with nourishing power!
