Ingredients and Preparation

For this recipe, you only need a few ingredients, and the best part is, you probably already have them in your kitchen:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 300 ml milk or plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 30 g (2 tablespoons) of WAM Protein Banana Bread flavour
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Optional: a dash of agave syrup or maple syrup for extra sweetness 

Simply put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the smoothie is nice and creamy.
