Ingredients for our apple pie smoothie:

  • 250 ml oat milk (or another alternative like almond milk)

  • 1 apple (optional: frozen for a refreshing twist)

  • 2 tbsp oats

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds (whole or ground)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1 tsp agave syrup (adjust to taste or omit completely)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 30 g (2 tbsp) WAM Protein Banana Bread

Tip: Experiment with spices like nutmeg or a pinch of cloves for an extra wintery kick.

Preparation:
