Contract partner and contract conclusion

Agreements for purchases by persons are concluded with WAM by Meet Harmony Ltd, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom, company registration number: 10069842.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website www.wamfit.com. By accepting your order a purchase agreement between you and WAM by Meet Harmony, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom comes into being. Other contractual terms are not valid.

The contract language is English. All contracts are governed by the law of England, with the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

As an exclusive court of jurisdiction, the Court of England is agreed upon. Any disputes will be solved in the UK.

You can print out these terms and conditions at any time by using the usual function of your Internet program.

Ordering process

Your order by pressing the “order for payment” button constitutes an offer to us, WAM by Meet Harmony, to conclude a purchase agreement for all goods in your shopping cart. You have the possibility to review these details in full detail just before sending your order and, if necessary, to correct them. Upon receipt of your online order, you will receive an email from us which confirms that we have received your order. This confirmation contains all information about your order including a reference to these terms and conditions. The automatic acknowledgment of receipt does not represent acceptance of your order!

The acceptance of your offer is made by the actual dispatch of the goods by us. After your goods have actually been sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

If a product is not available or is no longer available, you will be informed by us.

You can easily archive the data of your order by either storing the summarized data on the last page of the ordering process using the storage functions of your browser, or you wait for automatic order confirmation; This can be easily printed or saved with your e-mail program.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within a period of fourteen days without giving reasons.

The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party you designate who is not the carrier who has or has possessed the goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this agreement by means of a clear statement (eg a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post). Please send your explanation to:

In order to keep the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we will pay you all the payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us ) Within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In no case will you be charged for these repayment fees. We may refuse the refund until we have recovered the goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is respected when you send the goods before the end of the period of 14 days.

Warranty

The statutory provisions on the warranty apply.

If an item is defective or you do not receive the item you ordered, please inform us by email, so we can send you a replacement delivery as soon as possible. After you have received the replacement delivery, you are obliged to return the first delivered goods to us within 30 days. In any case, we assume the cost and the risk of your return.

The limitation period for warranty claims shall be twenty-four months from the date of delivery.

WAM by Meet Harmony is not liable for any warranty claims of a third party, in particular a manufacturer.

Transport damage

The transport risk is assumed by WAM by Meet Harmony. If goods are visibly damaged by the transport, please report this immediately to the postman who delivers the package. Do not accept the package, but return it to us. Contact us so we can send you a replacement free of charge.

Retention of title

Until full payment, the goods remain the property of WAM by Meet Harmony.

Liability

The website www.wamfit.com is operated by WAM by Meet Harmony, who assumes no liability of any kind whatsoever for the content on any linked pages.

The website www.wamfit.com is used exclusively for information on the products offered. However, it is not intended to replace recommendations or treatments of a physician, or to diagnose or treat a disease. WAM by Meet Harmony assumes no liability for improper use of the products. We store the information you provide when you place an order, namely name, email address, delivery address and invoice address, to process your order.

This consent can be revoked at any time via a link on the page www.wamfit.com or directly from all e-mails sent by WAM by Meet Harmony. In addition, a written withdrawal to the address [see above] is possible.

Force majeure

If, due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control, we are prevented from fulfilling the obligations arising from a purchase contract, we are exempted from our obligations to the extent of such hindrance.any disputes will be solved in the UK.
